I am finding it really hard.

After 10 minutes, my knees start to hurt and so instead of my planned 20 mins with 10 mins of walking, I can only take 10-15 mins of jogging.
I do have good shoes and I am not going too fast or too slow.
Any tips on how to combat this? I really don't have anywhere else to run - only roads and very rough (nearly went flying today) pavements..
