I was wondering.. in the recipes that call for soy milk, can i use rice milk instead?

GH..I've not used this recipe, but another for French Toast. I think that rice milk would be fine. It's a little bit thinner that soymilk generally, so you might use just a smidge less.

I made this tonight with rice milk and it was delicious! The soy milk quantities worked perfectly.

I would recommend having this with peanut butter.

My parents tried this and said they really liked/loved it. So simple. They were missing french toast since they started eating more vegan, and we no longer have eggs in the house and my mom seemed doubtful of how to make it without eggs but they loved it.
