I have a question regarding Lupus ... has anyone had any success with reversing lupus with a vegan or vegetarian diet.?

 

A bit of background information.. I was diagnosed  with lupus (SLE ) last year.

currently on a Pescetarian diet as that is want my current doctor recommends and it is so far working ... but I want to get off my medications..

 

any help would be appreciated thanks

Well, there is this book.  I don't really know if it's 100% vegan, but I'm sure you could adjust the recipes if they are not.

I would be skeptical of any book claiming to cure Lupus. AFAIK lifestyle changes can make a difference, but there is no full cure at the moment.
