What's your least favorite word?

Mine hands down is "scalp" it is just the grossest, ugliest sounding word ever, haha Yours?

"Caucus"

It's probably the stupidest sounding word I've ever heard. Hearing politicians say it just makes it sound even worse.

Do people actually say those words in real life? I have only heard them being said in cowboy movies.

I only use reckon, on occasion. I think I picked it up from my father. I am from the Northeast, born and raised, but he is from the South with a lot of family in the Midwest.

That's strange. It's one of my favorite words.

Pimple. I don't know why...when dimple is so cute. Odd that just one letter can change everything. But pimple leads to eewww and dimple leads to cute.

Unfortunately, yes. I was born and raised in north Alabama and now live in southern Tennessee and I hear these ALL the time.

"Squee" and how it's used on message boards. I'll see things like "baby clothes that make you squee!" "I squee'd!" someone posts a picture of a baby and people post "squee!" Adult women thinking that's cute is blech.

Also "milk." The l and k sound together, particularly when referring to cow's milk, makes me think of phlegm.

Fanny. I can't stand that word.

I had an adorable doggy named Fanny. I named her after I saw the movie Fanny and Alexander.

Fanny is a word for female genitals in the UK. I know over in the US it means bum.

I don't like the word genitals either, or vagina, or penis. I must be very uptight!

Oddly enough my least favorite word is 'queer' even though I am one myself and my 'people' have apparently adopted it.

"Poo." And also some people are just so fascinated with theirs and talking about it. Blech.

I can't stand the word genitals, but I'm fine with the V and P words.
