Looks like this is one of those 'love it or hate it' foods judging by the glowing review from Vegan Cyberpunk. Personally I hated it to the point I actually threw up a little bit.

Usually I have only tea for breakfast, sometimes I do eat porridge or muesli if I have more time, but tea is just my quick choice.
Yeah, I often only have coffee or tea for breakfast which is a habit I'm trying to get out of. Apparently breakfast is the most important meal of the day and all that.
Today I'm having a bagel with peanut butter and an orange along with my coffee.

Hot cereal (a combination of oat bran and some flake cereal) with banana, raisins, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, a little canned coconut milk, some wheat germ, chia seeds and ground flax. Washed it down with two big mugs of tea. Happy belly!
Some of these breakfasts sound yummy and give me great ideas.
My staple breakfast is either a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or oatmeal with walnuts and sliced banana, of course a cup of coffee with soymilk included.Im eventually going to break that coffee habit but not quite yet, Im working on the diet pops first.
Breakfast was a carob soy shake. Basically I made this carob, silken tofu and brown rice syrup pudding (trying to mimic the old Provamel carob dessert they used to do) but I carelessly put too much carob powder in, so it's really rich and caroby - too rich for me anyway. Rather than let it go to waste I blitzed a few tablespoonful of the dark brown gloop in half a pint of soy milk. Result = pretty nice creamy carob breakfast shake. I think it would have been even better if I'd added a little orange zest to the mix.
Tomorrow I am planning a tofu scramble with faux sausage, veggies, salsa and tortilla "noodles"
Wednesday is my anniversary. I think the BF and I will be making trail mix pancakes with fruit for breakfast... Mmm...
Aww, happy anniversary!
What do you mean by tortilla noodles? I'm intrigued...

Basically you just roll up a tortilla and cut it into thin strips like noodles.
For breakfast today I sauteed up some firm tofu cubes, veggie sausage crumbles, onion, mushrooms, scallions and fresh parsley seasoned with taco seasoning and nutritional yeast. I added tortilla noodles at the end and let them get a bit toasted. Topped the whole thing with some store-bought pineapple salsa.

Whaaaaat, I'm totally going to try that now. Thanks for the idea!
And your breakfast sounds delicious as always
I'm just having coffee right now, I'll probably have toast with peanut butter and banana in a bit.

You're very welcome. It's a new idea for me as well, but definitely one I would recommend and repeat.

Yesterday was steel-cut oatmeal made in my rice steamer with non-dairy milk, raisins, peanut butter, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, wheat germ, chia and flax.
I had an AMAZING breakfast today! Made Katie's "pizzert" (http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2012/05/20/can-you-name-this-dessert/) and topped it with a spread made from 1/2 banana and a scoop of Rainbow Light chocolate protein powder. Cut up the rest of the banana, along with an apple, and put that on top. The whole thing was topped with a generous amount of cinnamon. (You CANNOT get enough cinnamon!)
