Oil free mayo recipe?

So I've been reading How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Dr. Caldwell esselstyn. This book makes a lot of sense to me especially since my mom may be having heart surgery in the near future and has already had a heart attack. I'm trying to cut oil out of my diet and here is my question for you guys... Do you have a good oil free vegan mayo recipe? I want to make a pasta salad but it uses mayo. I've found a couple recipes, one from nutrition MD and Fat Free Vegan but I'm wondering what's peoples fave? Also I have Appetite for Reduction and thought it had a mayo recipe but can't find it...

Thanks for any help

Ok found the recipe from Appetite for reduction but it uses cashews and I'm trying to stay away from nuts for the most part. Off the B&N to check out The Happy Herbivore's mayo recipe. So far I'm leaning toward one on Fat Free Vegan. The one without vitamin C since I have everything on hand.

fatless mayo subs are nasty, unfortunately. For a good pasta salad, try warm cooked bowties, halved cherry tomatoes (or whatever you got, cut to a reasonable size), shredded basil. cubed hard tofu seared on a non stick pan. Toss with a generous amount of balsamic vinegar and add black pepper and a little salt.
