I need to supplement my protein because I no longer eat dairy(lactose intolerance), am allergic to soy and wheat(possibly gluten intolerant), and do not like beans that much. When I was making the transition to vegetarin I occasionally ate shellfish but now I need to be sure I am getting enough with my limitations. I do eat and love nuts and seeds regularly. I eat lots of greens and mushrooms. I am a new vegetarian and I really want to be sure I am getting all the amino acids my body needs and in the right amounts.
Please give me some insight and suggest what you have learned is the best powder for my purpose. I will try to get a variety of the foods I can eat and also eat some beans and lentils b ut I want to do smoothies with the protein powder to supplement. Ty

That's excessive. Roughly it's about 50g a day....
