I e-mailed Subway, because I wasn't sure if their broccoli cheese soup was veggie or not. Here are the ingredients for anyone that wants to know. Is there anything in here that isn't vegetarian?

Thank you for your interest in Subway nutritional information.

Enzymes could be animal origin, like rennet from cow stomachs. Also:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disodium_inosinate
"It is mainly found in animals like pigs and fish[citation needed]."

Dunno how true this is and if it is true not sure if the animal is killed to obtain it.

Yeah but s/he just asked if it was vegetarian or not. I posted a similar comment awhile ago in another thread and someone snipped at me lol.

Irrelevant. I don't care if it came from a chemistry lab, all I asked was if there wasn't anything vegetarian in there.

I care that it came from a chemistry lab.  That's the whole reason I found this on Google.  I'm glad this was here to tell me just how much unnatural substances I'm eating for dinner right now. That is relevant to me.
Thanks for the ingredient list. I think I'm gonna pour it out and call it a loss of a couple bucks.

:-)
