Im wondering if I can use wax paper in my food dehydrator? It was given to me and didn't have instructions...

No, I would not use wax paper but look for parchment paper at your grocery store (preferably unbleached). Esp. when heat is used, whatever is on the paper will leach into your food.

I made a thread about this a little bit ago. I used parchment paper and it worked fine
