Hola from Ridgeland.

Have not visited the boards in months, if not years. Mostly here to discuss food technique, meal composition and recipes. By far my biggest challenge in Mississippi is keeping the diet interesting.

I am from Picayune, Mississippi. Live in Alabama now but I have friends and family there that I visit from time-to-time. My Brother lives in Hattisburg. I'm kind of jealous. It was a pretty cool city.
(of course to be fair compared to Bessemer, AL most places are)
