Cooked couscous (precooked with sauteed garlic, onion, red bell pepper, baby spinach, & grated carrot).... once cooled, I stirred in one egg & four types of organic veggie-friendly cheese -- meaning only with vegetarian or microbial enzymes.... chilled overnight, rolled into balls, ready to dredge in flour, egg, Panko, then hit the deep fryer at 350*.
First shot at this.... so far so good! LOL
