silva Milked? Horrid name! Not only aren't they "milked" in any use of the word, the product has nothing to do with milk.

I cook a lot of chickpeas and the most I've ever use the liquid for is making cookies! I keep saving it and letting it spoil

I have some now I'm trying to talk myself into making meringues soon! Wish me luck

Can't believe someones making money on it though...

That was fast! I love how quickly aquafaba has revolutionized baking and cooking, I truly think this will change everything and save so many chickens. Why use eggs when you can use what was essentially a waste product before? It's genius!
