|Spudulika||Never used it, but you should be able to substitute it for ground almonds in anything that calls for ground almonds. I use that sort of thing on crumble toppings a lot.|

What can I do with pumpkin seed flour?
I have bought this pack of pumpkin seed flour. It is green, full of protein and smells good , but I do not know what to bake with it . I have tried doing some savory pastry which turned out nice, but it took me quite a lot of another (wheat) flour to get the texture right. So my question: what would you do/what have you ever done with pumpkin seed flour?
