- I've never seen that kind of blend - sounds to me like you really got lucky! It's cous-cous right? Or isn't that added?
I love your ideas. You could even add to blended tofu and some herbs for a quiche, or casserole

Frozen "Broccoli Tabbouleh"
In a bit of a financial slump, so I swallowed my pride and went to the local food pantry for help. (and signed up to volunteer)
I came home with 4 huge bags of frozen veg labelled "broccoli tabbouleh", maybe 2-3 lb each? it's chopped mixed veg, chickpeas, and minced broccoli.
I was thinking probably thaw, mix with oil+vinegar, nom.
But then...could one, I dunno, stirfry it? Cook it up with coconut milk and spice and call it curry? throw it in broth and say it's soup?
I have literally never seen frozen tabbouleh before. Any Ideas?
