I sent a discontented email to VegNews.

I believe Dominos was always my most hated pizza regardless.
Can't believe a veg@n mag would post that! Shameful

LeBron James, Cleveland Cavalier, opened a Blaze Pizza in Canton, Oh, that has vegan cheese! Too far for me, but I'm still quite psyched about it! He's pretty much plant based, afaik.
We do have pizza places with vegan cheese around me, I just haven't tried them
I like Pizza Hut and will order without cheese when they have their everything on it specials. I like their toppings, esp the cherry peppers

Yeah its not very funny unless you look at it like maybe they were trying to make fun of Domino's not other vegans.
I wouldn't worry too much about being humiliated, the reason I clicked on your link is because I hoped it was real, too - sort of like once I clicked on a video for vegan McDonald's only to realize it was about Doomies version of the Big Mac, which is vegan. There's nothing wrong with being hopeful that more companies will start offering more vegan choices. Even if you wouldn't eat there, it would help tremendously to make vegan mainstream in places besides Los Angeles and London and Jerusalem.
I mean, Pizza Hut has so many options now, they created this whole designer pizza line...why aren't there vegan options besides "vegetarian pizza without cheese"?? I love PizzaRev, and similar places for their many vegan choices. I think fast casual Subway-style pizza like PizzaRev, Mod, and others will overtake Pizza Hut and Domino's eventually, like how Chipotle has vegan options and rewards vegetarians for no meat by giving us free guacamole, and places like Panera with more vegetarian and vegan options are driving out McDonald's with younger people.

VegNews website: April Fools bad humor
VegNews either thinks it's being funny, or it's been hacked.
VegNews' website is currently reporting that Domino's Pizza has launched 6 vegan pizzas: http://vegnews.com/articles/page.do?pageId=9268&catId=1 . A closer reading of the article (thank you @Thalassa ) shows this to be an obvious joke.
The April Fool's status of VegNews' website is 100% confirmed, though, by an article about vegan milk made from rocks: http://vegnews.com/articles/page.do?pageId=9189&catId=1
What pisses me off is the initial credibility of the Domino's Pizza article. If this is VegNews' idea of a joke, I will not be buying their magazine anymore.
Maybe I'm also humiliated, because I'm usually so skeptical of internet claims. In this case, I wanted to believe that Domino's vegan pizzas were really coming to the United States, and they hooked me.
