Kind of a strange breakfast. Sautéed crumbled tempeh, bok choy, garlic and ginger in veggie broth. On the side, a frozen banana. lol. I love eating banana frozen. It is like dessert, chewy and sweet. Any time I buy bananas I chop them up, put them in a freezer baggie and in the freezer.

That sounds divine! Especially with the fresh ginger.
I had an Elvis-style fried peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat with maple syrup and coffee.

I had oatmeal with 1/2 an apple, some chopped, fresh ginger and peanut butter. It was all topped with some granola and served with coffee on the side :)

Today I had old fashioned oatmeal (cooked in water) topped with a sliced peach and banana and an absolute ton of cinnamon. Accompanied by two cups of dark roast coffee whitened with unsweetened soy milk. It's chilly outside so I needed a nice, warming breakfast.

Nancy's plain cultured soy yogurt mixed with raspberries and frozen cherries, some baby carrots dipped in sunflower seed butter, and a pot of piping hot elderflower tea. I've never had carrots for breakfast before but was struck with a random craving.

Oatmeal made with water and added some brown sugar. Also, strong tea. Not feeling well :(

I've been having the same thing for breakfast for a few weeks, but it's SO good I wake up craving it every morning:
Porridge cooked with ginger, salt, almond milk and 1/2 banana. Stir frequently to mash the banana thoroughly. When it has reached desired consistency, pour in a bowl and top with rest of the banana, some rhubarb-ginger chutney, chunky peanut butter and coconut flakes.
Aaah, I want to eat it for every single meal!

Attempted a "breakfast pizzert" this morning, but it turned out really gel-like, so I ended up just eating the blueberries out of it and having a yogurt. :-p

I love reading about people's breakfasts. I usually have some bananas, or museli, or porridge with sultanas. I want to try some of these more interesting suggestions....

Fruit smoothies, oats (or a brown rice dish) and an assortment of fresh fruit and dates
I generally consume a large breakfast amounting to between 1000 to 1500 calories with the bulk of it being raw fruits

Couple slices wholemeal toast, spread with dark tahini and a sprinkle of shoyu to season. Yummy.

Smoothie (2 bananas, 1 tbsp lecithin, 1 tbsp flax, 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, water) topped with mixed granola/cereal. YUUUUM!

I had an AMAZING breakfast today! Made Katie's "pizzert" (http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2012/05/20/can-you-name-this-dessert/) and topped it with a spread made from 1/2 banana and a scoop of Rainbow Light chocolate protein powder. Cut up the rest of the banana, along with an apple, and put that on top. The whole thing was topped with a generous amount of cinnamon. (You CANNOT get enough cinnamon!)

Breakfast rocks! Nothing exciting this morning though. Just a couple pieces of toast and some mandarin orange slices. I really like mandarin oranges!

Yesterday was steel-cut oatmeal made in my rice steamer with non-dairy milk, raisins, peanut butter, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, wheat germ, chia and flax.
