Help
After my cystectomy and discovery of endometriosis my doc put me on birth control its called Apri
I havent started yet as they recommned I wait til my cycle but I am wonderin if anyone has bene on this
what kind of symptoms did you have? did you have alot of spotting or breakthrough bleeding... that is what i am worried about. it will just come whenever, that sounds really crappy

That's the birth control I'm on. I've had a great experience with it. All the other BC pills I've been on have caused breakthrough bleeding and spotting, but I haven't had that too much with this one. It helps with cramps and the like. The only bad thing is once in a while I miss a period.

keep in mine that your body will be adjusting to the hormones for a little while so the first month or 2 if you get spotting don't give up on it right away. when i first started on the pill (different one) i had spotting for a couple of weeks but it cleared up and i haven't had any since, and now my periods last 2 days :D
