Wheatgrass Juice

I've been shopping around for a juicer that'll do fruit/veggies as well as wheatgrass. The Kroger grocery store here has started carrying fresh wheatgrass and I'd like to try growing my own.

I occassionally drink wheatgrass. My cat was diagnosed with liver failure sevral years ago and was listless and droopy. I started feeding her a handful of wheatgrass daily and since then, she is absolutely crazy & back to her old self. She actually sits in front of the refrigerator and "asks" for it at night!

I didn't do it the hardcore way by juicing the grass, I bought some frozen cubes and mixed it with water. It tastes like water mixed with grass. So, basically it tastes the way wet grass smells. LOL, that probably doesn't sound to appealing, but it's not bad!
Mmmm...Delish...Sounds like it kind of tastes like spinach when you cook it wrong??

How many of you drink wheatgrass juice?
I posted a video on You Tube last of my first time making / drinking it. I like it! I used the frozen kind, I'll try fresh next time.

hey thatoneguy:hi: ..i grow and juice my own wheatrgass. It's tough in the summer months, with mould being a bigger hurdle with our humid temperatures where i live....but i keep fans going on it constantly. I get an incredible boost of energy from it..and have read it has many benefits. Let me know if you decide to start growing it, and i can help you:cool:

Hey, could you tell me a bit about this? I am interested in growing my own! As of right now all I have is wheatgrass powder in a bottle...
Also Thatoneguy, I've watched your videos on youtube. You seem like an awesome guy! Good luck on your News Years Rawvolution (if you are still going for that). I am hoping to become 100% raw sometime in the future but I'm gonna be trying it out for about two weeks sometime in December/January!
