Prepare Noodles and set aside
For the sauce:
One bunch leeks, chopped
One green bell pepper, chopped
Good bunch scallions, chopped
1/2 cup tahini
2 TBSP soy sauce
1/3 cup molasses
3 TBSP rice nectar (honey substitute)
salt & pepper
Put it all in a saucepan and heat until bubbly and the onions, peppers are soft.
Adjust the flavorings as you see fit... but this came out so delicierific for me. It's kind of like, a pad thai with tahini instead of peanut butter. I was thinking some tofu would go well with it to make a full meal. Maybe sprinkle on sesame seeds.
