I was apprehensive about attending my firm's Christmas party. Most of the people I work with are omnis. The food was being catered from a local Mexican place. I was sure that there would be no veg alternative. I was so wrong! They had not only vegetarian alternatives, but vegan alternatives as well. I was not expecting that at all. How cool is that?

That's awesome. I love Mexican food and Mexican restaurants, I have yet to find one I couldn't eat at. Our local Mexican restaurant is my favorite in the area. I get these amazing sauteed vegetable fajitas on corn tortillas with refried beans, and they have these fresh, hot tortilla chips with UNBELIEVABLY GOOD guacamole (it's the best in the world. no lie) and salsa, all made fresh. Everything is fresh. And amazing. Mexican food is the best. In fact, that jsut made me really hungry for it.
