I just got the "Ultimate Uncheese" cookbook and I made the "Nacho Cheez" recipe. OMG - This is too good and too addicting. I'm going to be putting this stuff on everything! Quesadillas here I come!!!! :vebo:

Now I'm dying to try the "Grilled Cheez"!

I don't have to miss cheese any longer! I'm thrilled!

Congratulations! Doesn't it feel good to be free from the pus-like smells? :D
Please close my threads. I like it.

Absolutely!

The hard part right now is saving some for my husband who isn't home from work yet!

My dd (veg*n) and her friend (omni) who is over playing both really liked it too!

That sounds AWESOME!! I've been looking for some good uncheese recipes (cheese sauce, in particular). Who's the author. I wanna get that book!

Nothing wrong with your tastebuds you just like different things!

Like personally the taste of cilantro makes me want to vomit. But other people love it.

What I like about this recipe is that it doesn't really taste like cheese - in that it isn't greasy and oily and icky.

But it is spicy and "warm" tasting.

But I'm just weird! :D :hamster:
