It's official--I have way too many yo-yos. It actually looks like a lot more in real life...for some reason the picture seems to make them look a lot smaller or something. These aren't nearly all of my yo-yos though...I have *boxes* more somewhere else around here, but they're all old crappy yo-yos that I would never use. Plus my mom gave away/threw out a ton.

I didn't want to fill up the photo album with tons of dumb pics, so I just put it up here:

Tommy Gun has way too many yo-yos

I don't know if it would really make a difference in bandwidth costs for Michael, but I figured I might as well since I can. I was just going to post this to show all my yo-yos, but I thought it might be fun to play a "Where's Waldo" type game. So here are some yo-yos to look for! At the right side of the picture there's my old avatar, the black Hitman with silver rings. That Hitman is in the pile somewhere, see if you can find it. Also see if you can find:

  • Two more Hitmans[1]--a blue w/gold rings, and a clear w/silver rings
  • Powerpuff Girls yo-yo
  • Hostess Cupcake yo-yo (not vegan, I know, but the yo-yo is!)

It might be kinda hard because the yo-yos are so small in the picture. There are some other cool yo-yos, but you really can't tell what they are. Like there's this cool ska-ish yo-yo, and a blatant rip-off of the XBox. Anyway, if you want to guess, put them in spoiler boxes.

This is especially crazy considering the fact that really, I only need ONE.

[1] The name of the yo-yo is Hitman, therefore "Hitmans" is correct

Spoiler

What do powerpuff girls look like?
Never permit a dichotomy to rule your life, a dichotomy in which you hate what you do so you can have pleasure in your spare time. Look for a situation in which your work will give you as much happiness as your spare time.

Haha. I wondered that too when I saw him in one of his videos. When's the Yo Yo video coming anyways?

kpickell, soon...well...pretty soon. Maybe a week or two. I got kind of burnt out and sick of working on it, so I stopped for a bit and took pictures instead. :) Plus I think I'm going to film some more...some of the clips are kinda stupid, so I think I'll get some better tricks.

Brownie, good job! The clear Hitman doesn't really look clear, it looks silver. Maybe that will help. Powerpuff girls look like this:

The two watches thing...I've always worn two watches, especially back when I was making lots of yo-yo videos. It always confused people.

Dude, that's a lot of yo-yos. (Yay me for stating the obvious). How long have you been collecting them anyway? I'm off to do the search...prolly won't find a darn thing. :p

Well I've never "collected" yo-yos...I just have a lot. I used to buy new ones because I wanted them, but since I've been running ExtremeSpin I get every new product that we sell so I can take pics of them. I keep a lot of them, but there are quite a few I don't care about so sometimes I send those out.

These aren't cheap $2 yo-yos btw. Any of the ones with metal rings cost around $50 usually. I'm not saying that in the "Damn look at how much money I have" sort of way, I mean it in the "Damn, look at how much money is totally being wasted on stuff I never use" way...or the "Think about how many yo-yos I'd have if I spent the same amount of money on $2 yo-yos" way.

Err I hesitated to use the word "collected" but saying you had a posse of yo-yos just seemed weird :). And yes, my brother looked over my shoulder and said "oohhh those are the good ones" so I took his word for it. Of course I immediately thought "You know how many CDs I can buy with that!?" but that's just me... :D

And I still haven't found any of the yo-yos.

Now I want to buy a yo-yo again. It's been years! I always get the strings all knotted and give up on them. I once found a Sprite yo-yo, and another time I got all excited about a light up yo-yo (not recently, this was the 80's!). Yo-Yo nostalgia!
