Just wanted to pass on two activites for Earth/Arbor Day, that may be of interest to those living in the Pittsburgh area.

* Sat. April 24th there will be invasive tree clearing and native tree planting at Frick Park. 9am - Noon, call 412-422-6358 to volunteer. (I will probably be here, as it is right in my backyard!)

* Sat. April 24th there will be a Riverfront trails cleanup. Pre-register with Heidi Halstead, 412-255-0564. Free WPFI t-shirt to first 50 volunteers.

There are hundreds of other activities going on in Pittsburgh, and other PA areas as well...
