Old school tools that require no electricity to operate - hard to find at reasonable prices, but they're out there.
Glass storage jars (mason jars, etc.) to eliminate the need for plastics.
Yonanas soft serve "nice cream" maker - put frozen fruit in, soft serve comes out.
Bamboo stacked steamer.
Dehydrator.
Parchment paper - I do a lot of baking/roasting without using oil, so that stuff is incredibly helpful, albeit not incredibly environmentally friendly.

Something I found incredibly helpful to dehydrate/dry various herbs and such is to use an old wooden folding clothes dryer with the old school sliding window screens as an additional dehydrating station...works like a charm when the temperatures and humidity levels are user-friendly! Not a kitchen tool, specifically, but certainly aids in the kitchen deliciousness in our house.
