Snack: homemade granola, a mango, spinach and OJ smoothie

D: I have been eating it a lot lately. I call it the "Vegan Hillbilly Bowl". Quinoa+Lentils+Chic Peas+Kidney Beans+TJ Vegan Hotdog+Salsa+Lemon Juice+Sriracha.

 Nice Beatles...looks super hearty. I'd add some warm water, mash it a little, and down the vegan billy bowl. Probably a good price too

D - butternut squash soup and some oven fries.. deelish!

 

 

Having the major munchies today so also snacked on vegan muffin and some raw chocolate things that I had defrosted.

 

Also had a glass of vegan wine.

 

 

Hopefully munchies end tomorrow.

L - Fried rice with veg and cashew nuts; Graze box (dried fruit, nuts and seeds)

S - Protein flapjack

D - Stirfry (soy pieces, broccoli, red pepper, arame, red onion, chilli, garlic, ginger, wholewheat noodles) with soy-chilli-coconut sauce; another bit of cake (naughty, but oh so good... and I had a very active day)

L - Wholegrain bagel with vegan sausage, spicy chutney and pickles

S - Tortilla chips

D - Cauliflower and tofu lasagne from Appetite for Reduction with salad and a big glass of red wine

 

Today:

B - Bagel with homemade spiced houmous and salad

L - Gnocchi in tomato sauce with walnuts and nooch; navel orange

S - Tortilla chips and houmous

D - Will be leftover lasagne with salad and some more fruit

After-work snack (I didn't have lunch): Bagel with Earth Balance

L - Vegan ciabatta with soy cheese and 'pepperoni', butternut squash and sweet potato soup. Mango juice.

S - Lemony muffin, straberry-banana smoothie

D - Portobello mushroom stuffed with tomatoes and onions wrapped in pastry and baked. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans.
