Are there any vegan starbucks drinks? I know you can get them with soy milk but I don't know what else is in their drinks. My favorite before I decided to become vegan was the caramel frapp but I think caramel has cream in it. Do any of you vegans drink starbucks??

Everything now but the white mocha and caramel syrups are not vegan, if i remember right. Including frappaccinos, the base for those are now vegan.

So you mean that everything besides the two syrups are vegan? Sorry to be a grammar nazi but im confused and stoked that I might be able to get vegan fraps.
I've always gotten a soy latte with added espresso. And thats vegan.

Caramel syrup is vegan, it's the sauce that isn't.

In the US and Canada (participating locations), they're having Happy Hour through the 15th. 3-5, half price fraps!

The frappes have been vegan for some time now...

Sorta, a year ago (May 4/5th 2010). It was on the DL, so many people didn't know, especially non-Starbuck addicts.

So all the frappuccinos are now vegan, or do you have to ask for anything special? I love the Green Tea Frappuccinos. For warm drinks, I usually just get a mocha and I've heard that's vegan but only if you ask for soy milk, though I haven't been to Starbucks in a few months so I haven't asked yet.

Yea, you need to ask for soy milk. The base is just vegan now, before it was dairy based so even if you got soy milk it wouldn't have been vegan.

The light base is vegan too and doesn't have artificial sweetener!

Are you sure? I've read on many sites that it's not.

"“None of our Frappuccino bases contain dairy as an ingredient. However, the Light Frappuccino Syrup base contains a milk allergen warning on the label because dairy is used as a processing aid during manufacturing."

Would that be like fish used to filter beer?

I've been at work all weekend during Happy Hour, which sucks, so I plan on going tomorrow.

Yep, not everyone can afford Starbucks I make lattes at home, saves me about $4 a cup.

If your favorite drink was the caramel frappuccino, you could order a "soy caramel frappucinno with no caramel sauce or whipped cream" and it would be vegan.

I don't know if it's entirely accurate, but I did find this information:

Vegan
Regular/Coffee Frapp base (also gluten-free)
Creme Frapp base (also gluten-free)
Mocha Sauce
Strawberry Sauce
Vanilla Bean Powder
Matcha Powder (green tea)
Most other syrups including the caramel SYRUP

Not Vegan
Light Frapp base (not gluten-free)(dairy)
Chocolate Chips (dairy)
White Mocha (dairy)
Caramel SAUCE (dairy)
Cream Syrup (dairy)
Chai Concentrate (honey)
Java Chips (dairy)
Whipped Cream (dairy)
Most of the seasonal flavors and "sauces" (dairy)

Thank You for posting! I actually knew all of those, but I'm terrible at remembering off the top of my head.

Oh well. Good thing I don't drink them, too many calories either way.

Awesome. I've been sitting on a Starbucks gift card for a year and haven't really known what to get there as I've never been to Starbucks and ordering there would probably overwhelm me the first time.

Soy mocha, no whip is my Starbucks drink LOVE! I don't indulge often as I'm not a big coffee drinker, but when I do, yum.

Me too! I was addicted to those this winter, especially with a shot of peppermint

So even though I was in severe pain yesterday, I managed to make it to Starbucks for Happy Hour I woke up at 4:30 (nap) and rushed over for a Venti Soy Mocha Coconut Frapp. I liked it! I only got the Venti because it was cheap ($2.50 or so with a registered card to take off the soy milk) and because I hadn't eaten much all day because I couldn't get up to fix myself food. I took a photo, but I can't get to my camera or USB cable right now to upload it. I'll do that later in the day (it's 4:45am right now). This drink kept me company in the Urgent Care too.

The Soy Mocha Coconut frapp is so yummy.. Supposedly its even better if you get a banana blended in it.. Might try that this afternoon after work....

Nothing makes me happier than knowing I can safely have a vegan frap! I never liked the whipped cream or syrups. Just wanted a coffee one with soy. The fact that it's now possible is bliss. Now, they just need to make their food items vegan!
