I knew had to spell cinnamon and dolce, but I admit I had to double check on macchiato Cinnamon dolce is my absolute FAVORITE Starbucks flavor. That's all I order now and I have a bottle at home.

My drink is the Cinnamon Dolce Frappuccino with soy milk, no whipped cream If they didn't have so much sugar and didn't cost $4.25, I would get them daily.

For some reason, I'm not a huge fan of iced drinks by Starbucks. Every time my bf gets one, I try it and don't like it. Weird.

The only ones I've tried are the iced caramel macchiato, and iced white chocolate mocha. They were both pretty good, but you have to specify that you don't want a lot of ice....or you don't get much of a drink. Pay $4 for a venti that's only a tall's worth of liquid.

Exactly! I don't understand the omni's who are getting freaked out about it. Also the pink slime debacle. WTF? Pink slime is gross but the **** they put in hot dogs and other meats isn't??

I stopped by a Starbucks/Target location a couple weeks ago and got free drinks! The guy taking my order was very chatty and easily distracted so he kept messing up the drink order so he ended up giving me two free vanilla roobios teas! He said that it's very rare that customer order that specific tea so he ends up having to throw out boxes of it??? I didn't really understand that.

I would've gotten an iced drink but it was freezing out at the time.

It's sunny out and I'm getting a soy mocha frap! Ah, how I missed those delicious coffee excuses to basically drink a milkshake

I don't understand why Starbucks is making a big deal about switching to a 'natural ingredient', like the bugs. If they want their strawberries and cream frap to be red shouldn't they use...oh I don't know...strawberries?

That made me giggle. It's so true! How is the obvious natural solution not the thing they are claiming is in the drink?

See, I live in Southern California where it's often sunny. That's why I drink so many frapps, it's working against me!

Some people probably do, but less than the ones who are put off by bugs in their drink.

I'm sure there's other options, but they have to consider the costs.

I'm kind of going through my crazy paranoid stage right now, BUT I'm confused-
it says the starbucks iced coffee comes lightly sweetened unless you say unsweetened.
they always ask me if I want it unsweetened and I say-no.
so does this mean my iced coffee only has the calories in the soy milk?
on the starbuck's nutrition calculator it has the same amount of calories in UNSWEETENED as SWEETENED.
Is it just messed up orrrrr.....?

There really aren't that many calories in sweetener. 'Lightly sweetened" probably means 1 pump, which is about 20 calories. Or maybe it's artificially sweetened. Either way, stop stressing.

I went to Starbucks 1 day after I got my wisdom teeth out. I ordered a tall latte.... that cup is SUPER DUPER tiny. I didn't even finish it because of my condition, but damn, I can't imagine being satisfied with a tall when in a normal situation. It's a baby size.

I KNOW.
a tall is a waste of money in my opinion.
GO VENTI, OR GO HOME!

no it says it's like 90 calories for a tall iced coffee.
oh well ill just talk to my starbucks guy about it! they love me haha!

I walked in today and one of the baristas was like skinny soy mocha?!
I'm like...no not today!
it was kind of awkward actually aha.

The hot choclate is vegan as long as you get it with soy milk and no whipped cream! I work at B&N and we have a cafe that serves starbucks stuff, the hot chocolate is not very expensive and it's good for me because I can't have caffiene. (Yes, that's true, chocolate containes theobromine, not caffiene!) yay!

Don't mention frappucinos, I could cry!
Before becoming vegan I lived off the light mocha frappucinos!
Now, I obviously wouldn't order it, but it really upsets me that I feel guilty ordering a normal one!
I treated myself to a venti soy mocha frapp on easter It does taste MUCH richer and tastier than the light recipe.
What a surprise, haha, but I wish I could get one everyday like the light version, argh.

Don't feel guilty if you're ordering it occasionally. I don't recommend it regularly just because it's full of sugar. What is the difference between light and regular, artificial sweetener? I know the base has dairy, but is the calorie cut from the sugar free syrups too?
