so i've been on the 30 day vegan challenge for 22 days now & i can already say that its going to be a permanent change of lifestyle for me i feel so good after starting & i haven't had any slip ups accept for one day where my bf fed me pita chips that had honey in them, but that wasn't his fault it was mine. i've become very good at reading labels & cooking my own food. i noticed i don't get that sluggish feeling after eating anymore & also my nails are crazy stronger haha. one really hard event was my friends birthday dinner at the macaroni grill. but that's not all the time so it was okay. i had a garden salad with no cheese or croutons. i just though i'd share

That's fantastic! When I went vegan for 30 days, I didn't think I'd make it. And nor did I think I'd continue with it. Nearly a year on, I'm still vegan!

Went vegetarian on the 27th December 2013!

Congrats!!

Just so you know for next time they have vegan pasta dishes and their vegetable pizza is vegan without the cheese (and really good). Their website is really helpful! They have everything separated by lacto ovo/vegan etc
