Hello vegans,

I write a blog on British vegan food at http://thegvc.wordpress.com

I've been getting some incredibly helpful feed back from those charming creatures over at the PPK and a friend suggested I spread the love over here too!

I feel that yummy British grub has been neglected by vegans in the past so I'm attempting to veganise as many traditional recipes as possible. What I want to know is which recipes you would like to see?

Please come an take a look at my blog. Recipes include:

- Beer-battered tofu and chips

- Lavender shortbread with cashew cream

- Steak and ale pie

- Marmalade cake

- Blind scouse

- Marmite roast potatoes

What do you guys consider to be British? Which of our recipes would you like to try? Please let me know!

Ta xxx
