Thanks guys. I'm actually a pretty lousy vegwebber IMO... but I've been trying to help the new webmistress re-organize the forums to make them more functional... and so she asked me to be VWOTW. I kind of like how the thread degrades into us talking about the potluck this weekend, and then fizzles out. lol. The whole thing got me thinking though that it might be fun to bring back Veggieboards interviews...



Glad you like the recipe!! (And it always surprises me when people actually read my blog. I mostly feel like I'm talking to myself about food, and making an archive of recipes for myself) That pasta comes out great, really forgiving!! It's the best I've muddled together yet for filled pasta.
