When we go to the supermarket with my children they are always going for some chocolates and fruit gummies but they are not all suitable for vegetarians. Can you give me suggestions about what to buy for them?
I had the same problem. Kids can really give you nightmare while shopping for groceries and wanting something constantly I found a good solution for it recently. An egg like plastic capsule with fruit gummies inside made with 100% fruit. I will look it up for you for tomorrow what was the name. But my children love it, cause it looks cool and I love it because it is vegan
Prefer the mexcian food quesadillas, similar to the sandwich but seems thinner than it. I usually take the tomatos, vegatables and corn as the stuffings. 3-5 minutes can be finished with my quesadilla maker
Some snacks that are good are:
Sour Patch Kids (vegetarian as they are gelatin free)
Swedish Fish (Also Gelatin free)
Annie's toast pastries
Apples with almond butter
Raisins
Veggie Straws
Popcorn
Graham Crackers
Peanut Butter and Jelly with crackers
Cream cheese on small bagel pieces
Any fruit
Frozen Antioxidant Mix
Carrots and hummus
