I made these up the other day quickly, they are so easy that you must try them! I gave one to my mum and she said "I think this is the best thing I have ever eaten". You can substitute for the goji berries if you can't find them, but any Asian grocer should stock them and some mainstream supermarkets stock them now in the health food section (although usually at a much higher price!).

Those look pretty.

 

At asian shops they are often called 'Boxthorn' or 'Lycium' berries. Just look closely at a online picture of the dried berries before going shopping.

Besides it is the most nutritious fruit on the Earth!!!!!
