Classic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

When I was younger, I hated Brussels sprouts. My family didn't make them often, but when they did they boiled them. I wouldn't touch them, and never cooked them myself until starting this way of eating. I discovered that roasting them in the oven is a whole different ballgame in taste and texture. I love this simple method!

I love love love roasted Brussels sprouts! I too hated them as a kid as they were always the frozen boiled kind. Once I discovered roasting and steaming that all changed. Thanks for sharing!
