The eggless low-fat mayo in this recipe is surprisingly good. I've always been quite picky about mayo. I loved the Veganiase, but it's SO high in fat. When I tried this low fat recipe, I was very skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. And it's very easy to make. It's not commercial bought, but I really like it. I use it on sandwiches, pitas, veggie wraps, and in other recipes. Hope you like it too!
