The Currynoa Salad Recipe

Heyas there,

Today I want to share my healthiest salad:
The Currynoa Salad

It's has a lot of benefits:

1. It's a complete protein
So we all know how hard it is to get a complete protein in one mail. Well this salad is a complete protein:
It's 380 calories, and has 30% of your daily protein intake...

2. Will help you lower the bad cholesterol (LDL)
This is good for new vegans/vegetarians, here is how it goes:

There are acids produced by the liver, called Bile Acids. They are derivatives of Cholesterol, and they have their roll in the digestion process.

So because this recipe has a lot of Fiber, it aids the digestion process. But here is what happens in the liver:

Since the fiber will aid digestion, your body will require more acids for the digestion process, including bile acids. The liver needs LDL cholesterol for their production, thereby pulling cholesterol from the blood.

I have in-depth explanation of this, and links to all the studies I used here: Link to my article

3. I will outline the recipe shortly

  • 1 espresso cup of quinoa (3oz / 85g)
  • 1 container of greek yogurt (6oz / 170g)
  • 1 medium sized cucumber
  • 1 tsp grounded turmeric
  • 3 tsp whole chia seeds
  • 1/2 lemon

  1. Cook the quinoa
  2. While you are doing it, chop the cucumber
  3. Add the cucumber in a Dish
  4. Add 1 tsp chia -> mix
  5. Add the greek yogurt, turmeric, and the other 2 tsp chia -> mix
  6. Add lemon
  7. Enjoy

Here is the final product:

What do you think about it? There is an in-depth guide of it in the link I provided above.

I'd be really grateful to any feedback for my first recipe.

I was born vegetarian. Am I Blessed?

No, seriously.
