I notice that coconut water has become very popular lately and there are now a few different brands for sale at my local health shop.

I use it in fruit juices.

I was wonddering how other people use coconut water?

I really don't like plain coconut water by itself, but it's awesome in smoothies! I do like some of the flavoured ones on their own though- especially the peach and mango vita coco. :P

I really don't like simply grape the water by itself, but it's amazing in smoothies! I do like some of the tasting ones on their own though- especially the apple and apple vita coco........
