Raspberry Salad Dressing

This salad dressing is from Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. It's a yummy option for something different, and so easy to make! http://blog.eatplant-based.com/recip...alad-dressing/

That salad looks so incredibly good! I bookmarked the dressing. I love dressings that are not slathered in oil, and I especially love raspberries!

Me too Naturebound! And I was ready for something a little different, so this was perfect.

Some told me they wanted to try it but only had frozen blueberries. They made it with them and it turned out terrific too. I'll be trying their recipe next!

Blueberry Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 cups blueberries
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1-2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 Tbsp basil freshly chopped (optional)
• 1-2 tsp maple syrup or to taste
• 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
