Multicolored pancakes (without eggs)

Multicolored pancakes (without eggs)
To prepare these pancakes we need:

milk - 450 ml.
flour - 250 - 280 g (depending on flour)
oil - 20 ml.
sugar - 50 g
salt - 1/2 tsp
baking powder - 1 tsp
cherry juice - 100 ml.
сarrot juice - 100 ml.
spinach juice - 100 ml.

1) In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2) Take another bowl and mix well the milk, butter and juice (for yellow pancake take carrot juice, for green- spinach, for red-cherry).
3) Get together step 1 and step 2 and stir well.
4) Heat the pan and oil it (to avoid burning pancakes).

Bon appetit!

Nicely done video, and great looking pancakes. If soymilk were used instead of dairy milk, would the recipe still work?

“Under the twinkling trees was a table covered with Guatemalan fabric, roses in juice jars, wax rose candles from Tijuana and plates of food — Weetzie's Vegetable Love-Rice, My Secret Agent Lover Man's guacamole, Dirk's homemade pizza, Duck's fig and berry salad and Surfer Surprise Protein Punch, Brandy-Lynn's pink macaroni, Coyote's cornmeal cakes, Ping's mushu plum crepes and Valentine's Jamaican plantain pie."

It's the same ingredients that I use for pancakes--in America we think pancakes as much thicker, and these are what I know as blinzes or crepes! I use either soy milk or almond and there's no difference.

I love your video and the idea! Kids would love to help with these
