Also, here's a bonus recipe, for butterscotch brownies:
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup light brown sugar
1 flax egg
3/4 cup sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 /2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350.
Blend oil and sugar. Stir in flax egg.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Add the vanilla and walnuts.
Spread into an oiled 8X8X2 pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Allow to cool 10 minutes in the pan before cutting into 16 squares.
They're soooo good.
