Chocolate Mousse for Valentines Day

Made this Chocolate Mousse in less than 15 minutes, not kidding! It's delicious, and I had all 4 ingredients (5 if you count the optional berries for topping) on-hand already. Great idea for Valentines Day, and the hubster is going to be happy! I put it up on my blog under Desserts, if you want to give it try. I have a chocolate issue, and this hits the spot!

Thanks for sharing

Why is the suffering and killing of animals wrong? Because the value of a sentient organism's life is priceless. They are their own beings and have their own lives and loves. They have higher emotions and thought processes. Their minds are different from ours in degree, not kind - meaning that fundamentally there are critical similarities.

It looks really good. Can I replace non dairy choc chips with plain chocolate? Or will it be too sharp then?

Also had a look at your spinach artichoke dip...Mmm I'll have to try that!

I like it how your recipes are simple and use only a few ingredients. I love all things uncomplicated

Yes! I've been told you can replace the chocolate chips with cocoa powder and agave too. Plain chocolate should be fine as well, I would think. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
