Peanut Butter Haystacks

Suitable for a: vegetarian diet





Ingredients:

2 Cups of Chow Mein Noodles

1 Cup of Butterscotch Chips

1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup of Peanuts





Instructions:

Place peanut butter and butterscotch chips in microwave safe bowl and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on medium until butterscotch chips are shiny. Mix peanut butter and butterscotch chips until the mixture is completely melted. Pour in chow mein noodles and peanuts. Mix until the nuts and noodles are evenly coated. Place small mounds of the mixture (haystack shaped) on a cookie sheet covered with tin foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate until the mixture hardens.
