Me too...I did a search on Molly's link and came up with this...not sure it's the same recipe but interesting just the same.

Edit: Ok, wait a minute...Arzu? So that's instead of oatmeal, I assume. Oatmeal has gluten? Very interesting!

I found quinoa flour but can't find arzu, not even online. I thought for sure Amazon would have it. I really want to try this recipe.

It is a blend of buckwheat and quinoa whole grains. I have found a site that sells it, however it is currently out of stock. You could always contact the company ans ask them if any other retailers in your area sell it. They also be able to sell it to you directly.
