banana overnight oats

This is my go to overnight oats recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
  1. In a medium sized bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Add the other ingredients and mix together.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
