Not sure what you are aiming for with this thread. Do you want us to describe our favourite breakfast? Or do you want us to tell you what we think of your favourite breakfast?
Anyway, my breakfast always consists of whole wheat toast, a piece of fruit and sometimes yoghurt with muesli/or oatmeal. I eat different varieties of all that every day.
I've been having oatmeal with ground flax and raw wheat germ, with raisins and spices
I love toast with vegan buttah lots of nooch, and a sprinkle of black salt
I'm not much of a breakfast person. It takes me a while feel hungry after waking up, so I usually have a cup of coffee or tea first, then go back for a bagel or a muffin later. Brunches on the other hand, are great. Fresh fruit, smoothies, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, maybe a tofu scramble with a side of toast. Brunch is where it's at. :hungry:
