So I'm trying to make this (whole oats ground by a coffee grinder then soaked overnight then cooked in the morning) but the video doesn't give a ratio of water to oats, for soaking or cooking. I also want to add amaranth, quinoa, and chia seeds, but I need ratios for all this together as well. I could experiment on my own, but I don't want to end up wasting tons of food by messing up each time and ending up with an inedible breakfast. Has anyone else tried this?
