You could use an Egg Beater instead of the egg if you wanted to avoid eating unpasteurized eggs, too.

The walnuts in this shake provide heart-healthy fats and about 4.5 grams of protein, as well as potassium and magnesium, essential electrolytes for muscle function, Brazier says.

Ingredients:
1/2 banana, frozen

1/4 cup walnuts

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon cacao nibs

1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
Directions:Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

It sounds very delicious! Thanks for the recipe. I love making smoothie every night and put in the fridge for my breakfast. I love blending different fruits and vegetables it really it is very easy to make and you can eat/drink it in your car. It is also healthy and delicious.

So yummy and delicious. I like it so much and very glad to see the recipe here. There are very popular sites for preparing many different types of foods and sometimes I also visit those sites.
