Post Gluten free, dairy free, vegan crackers


If you, like me, don't get along too well with common bread types, I think this is pretty nice alternative:

Easy to make, taste is good. What more can you ask?

Btw. is american term for this cracker or crispbread? Seems like crispbread as I know it is more of a north european thing...

Sounds so tasty and easy, i have everything but buckwheat flour. Think I'll make some and use wheat flour.,
Linseeds are flaxseeds here BTW
