My grandma and I made ciabatta! This bread has a thin crisp crust, light and airy crumb, and an unforgettable buttery aroma! Please feel free to comment and ask questions!

My ciabatta has never turned out great, but I will try this.  Is there a recommended rise temperature?

The optimal dough temperature is 75°F.
You will find text instructions here, in both American and metric measures here http://videoculinary.com/recipes/breads/99-ciabatta
I hope your ciabatta bread turns out great! Keep me posted! Good luck!
