They seem like just plastic and foil lid to me. We have them. I don't know about the liner in each cup......is that what you are asking?
Overall they're pretty wasteful though.
Wasteful and insanely expensive. K-cup coffee ends up costing about $50 per pound or more. A pound of really good whole bean coffee—such as 100 percent pure Kona—costs about $20 per pound.
I have no use for K-cups personally. I make my coffee using the tried-and-true pour over method.
You can get the reusable cup to fill with your own coffee.
You might consider that if you already have one, or have one at work.
If you don't, they make individual drip thingees that fit over the cup. You put in the grounds and pour the hot water over.
I can't rationalize unnecessary waste as vegan, even if it is recyclable. Recycling still takes many resources.
