"Dipper" Help! - VeggieBoards

I'm a big sucker for dips.white bean, artichoke, guacamole, spinach, salsa I have tons of great recipes for dips, but I've been trying to cut back on processed carbs, and after watching Forks over Knives, am rethinking everything all over again. I want to begin a plant based diet, as of now i've been a vegetarian, not vegan, and I want to eliminate processed foods of any kind. My dilemma is What do i eat these delicious dips with?!

Any good recipes for something crunchy, plant based, to scoop up yummy dips??

carrot sticks, bell peppers, cucumber, celery, raw cauliflower, raw broccoli, plain breadsticks, wholemeal toasted pitta bread.

In addition to the above idea of fresh veggies and whole-grain crunchy things, I have also been known to use bean dips in place of pizza sauce, on sandwiches, as a base for salad dressing, etc. Salsa and other veggie dips are very versatile in this capacity as well.

Besides the obvious vegetables there are a few dipper recipes in Rose Elliot's Low Carb Vegetarian cook book.

Crunchy Tofu sticks, 'I don't believe it's Tofu,' cheese crisps, almond crackers, almond bread, roasted kale leafs etc.
