I'm a big sucker for dips.white bean, artichoke, guacamole, spinach, salsa I have tons of great recipes for dips, but I've been trying to cut back on processed carbs, and after watching Forks over Knives, am rethinking everything all over again. I want to begin a plant based diet, as of now i've been a vegetarian, not vegan, and I want to eliminate processed foods of any kind. My dilemma is What do i eat these delicious dips with?!
Any good recipes for something crunchy, plant based, to scoop up yummy dips??
